When I was 15, a buddy and I were out siphoning gas one night. We found a car with the keys left in the door. We drove the hell out of that car? How 'bout you?

Oh Lord forgive me! My best buddy and I regularly stole my youth leader's car during church service to go for joy rides. We did this from the time we were 12 until 14. He always hung his keys on his belt loop. For the first year , he never caught on. The last year we started playing with it , and would park the car in different spots, even on the volleyball court.

He thought that we were just stealing the keys and be playful by moving it. He had no idea, we were doing all kinds of "errands" in his car.He was such a sweet, naive guy!

Yup. Back in the day, car lots used to leave keys in the cars so salesman could take people on test drives easily.

We rolled up to the Chevy dealership, snagged the keys to a purple 95 corvette, we locked it, then came back late that night and drive it off the lot.

Couldn't have been easier. It was then stolen from us the next day. The theif actually did us a favor.

No, but I know how to break into a car. lol Just get a close hangar and a wedge. go to the passenger side door area. stick the wedge inbetween the glass and the seal area. then take your close hangar and put it down carefully then pull it up just alittle that should open the car door. <-- locked my car keys in the door twice on my road trip. So I learned from the lock smith and tryed it on the second time it actually works lol.

No, I haven't. Just a sideline.. the other day at Walmart, I noticed gas siphoning kits (a ton of them) in a big display in the front.. how is that for encouraging crime????

never in my life would I dream of stealing a car regardless of my age. That is considered grand theft auto and who wants to spend time in prison for one night of joy riding not me.
