im stuck with it unless i get plastic surgery right

We are all build differently. Each in our own right are special. There are worse things in the world to be made with that would be aweful. Look at some of the famous people that have larger than normal noses but can sing amazingly! I wouldn't stress the small stuff.

YES, but you can make it look smaller. You do this by applying you regular foundation then applying darker foundation (than you normally use) on the sides of your nose. This will give you the appearance of a skinny nose. Skinnier noses look smaller.

just highlight one of your features that you do like about yourself a nose isn't that important its the last thing i would check out
