The only nutrient that you need to worry about is calcium. Protein (the other major contribution that dairy makes to your diet) is available in almost every food, and most western diets actually contain *too much*.
Two of the best sources of calcium are almonds and sesame. You can eat whole or ground almonds or sesame seeds (or use them in cooking), drink almond milk, or spread almond butter or techina on a cracker.
Most green leafy vegetables also contain calcium. However, some also contain oxalic acid, which interferes with the absorption of minerals. So if you eat spinach, it's the toilet that will be on a high-calcium diet. Unfortunately, too, there seems to be little agreement on which vegetables have oxalic acid and which ones don't--even among reliable sources of information. The only thing I can ascertain is that spinach is not a good dietary source of calcium and kale is.

I have lactose intolerance, and bone degeneration disease runs in my family, so I need to make sure I get adequate calcium like you too.
Take up Soy Milk if she doesn't already. There are alternatives that are skimmed and come with added calcium. You can also get soy yoghurn enriched with calcium.
Eat lots of dense, leafy green vegetables like rocket, spinach and bok choy. They are high in calcium and also iron which is vital for pregnant women.
Also, she might want to consider a daily calcium supplement in tablet form, just to make sure she's getting enough.
Hope this Helps!

Milk allergies are allergic reactions to proteins present in milk -- it's not just lactose intolerance. So Lactaid and lactose-free milk are off-limits. Soymilk is a wonderful alternative to milk, I drink it myself and it's quite tasty & nutritious. They add calcium & other vitamins to soymilk. But it's high in sugar too. However I'm not sure about its effect on the fetus, so consult a physician with this specific question. The other alternative is prenatal vitamins.

Soy milk. It has no dairy and is really good. I like the soy chocolate milk. But she should really speak with an obstetrician or pediatrician before changing her diet, if she wishes to become pregnant.

Get soy based products. cheese she's out of luck with though...no substitute for cheese that I know of. Also, if she's concern about getting the proper nutrients she could take calcium and vitamin D vitamins. Since she's mostly take the prenatal vitamins though I would consult your doctor first. You can overdose on vitamins......
