Girls (like everyone) seek attention, whether positive or negative. Usually these girls are also drunk and not capable of making clear choices. Most guys give them a very positive feedback even if it is degrading. Turn on MTV and maybe that'll make it a little more clear as to why women do this.

It probably does clash with their upbringing, but the drunkenness allows it. So if they act the same, we can conclude that they will feel the same shame about their behavior in the morning.

They're stupid. Things like that come back to haunt them. If they want a good job in the future or suddenly get a brain and want to run for office ... there's that video of them showing their assets.
Many young people never seem to think there's going to be a future.

People are idiots, and stereotypical girls of that age love attention, especially attention focusing on their physical...assets. Given a camera, and the promise of tons of people seeing it, your "typical" guy will do something idiotic and/or destructive, and your "typical" girl will act like a stupid whore.
