You dont have to pay the income tax and the standard of living is also better. But it is costly. It is developing very fast.

Its not correct.You should classify a place as best place for employement based on two criterias, one is Salary and Challenges.To my knowledge, Africa, the unexplored continent stands good on the above two than Dubai.

nop not the best, but life there is kinda expensive, rather live in abu dhabi.
