How can i find a good scholarship to go to usa for my masters?

look at http://ww.fastweb.com or you can also search at university websites of your interest area. Fist of all you must get a good score in GRE and TOEFL.

I have found a couple really helpful websites that offer scholarships and scholarship search tools. One is Free Scholarship Guide and the other is 10k Scholarship.
