I would say tomatoes, but that is really a berry and therefore classified as a fruit. It would have to be a toss up between broccoli and cauliflower. I love them both raw and cooked.

I really enjoy corn on the cob, but only when it is fresh like when you pick it and shuck it and cook it all in the same hour. No better way to enjoy that.
Fresh tomatoes follow as a close second.
