this guy saw this girl,while walking across the street,and he calls her "beautiful",the girl was wearing a gray colored short skirt and a gray colored sweater.The guy approached,when she was on the same street as him and ask her some questions, and she told him that she is is dating someone,than he asked her if she "don't mine dating him also".How come this young man don't mine dating this young woman,although,she already has a boyfriend?
I think this guy was hitting on her because she was wearing a short skirt.

Men think with their c0ck. I doubt he had any serious intentions of starting a relationship, he just wants to get layed. That's men, most men any way. Some men have, or at least pretend to have, morals, standards, and are genuinely interested in "feelings". But, pretty much, they just wanna f*ck. Of course in the same respect, some women are really promiscuous.

I think there is more to it than you are saying, but it boils down to this:
Men don't mind being the 'extra boyfriend' because they probably don't mind getting the best of both worlds. You get the privileges of being a boyfriend, but without the hassles of being a boyfriend. Basically, he doesn't mind getting some:-P
