You get this by multiplying 5/20 by 4/19; this assumes the first prize ticket was not returned to the "jar".

To me these answers seem wrong. I say you have a one out of 4 chance of winning both 1st and 2nd prize!
I could be wrong!

5/20 x 4/19 = 20/380 = 5.26% chance. (It's quite scary how many people don't calculate or think about mathematical probability when they do something like bet.)
