I wish he could. I think he is the only one that can straighten this mess out. The democrats don't have anyone even close, not even Mrs. Clinton.

John Edwards might be good.

Clinton cannot because of the reasons everyone already gave.

Bill Clinton has already served his elected 8 years. He can longer run or serve. After FDR dies in 1944-45 the congress passed a law that would hold a President to only two ELECTED terms in Office. If a V.P. takes over the duties of President because the elected president dies or resigns, those years do not count. I hope I helped.

The Constitution says a president can only serve two terms. I didn't like that law a few years ago when Clinton wasn't allowed to run a 3rd time, but I'm extremely thankful for it now!

Presidents can only hold two terms. Ronald Reagan and Clinton tried to change the law but failed, Thank God

if your asking y dosent bill clintion run for president again the answer is because he cant its in the constitution that a person can only be president once for up to two consecuitive terms
