I work as an LMT for a chiropractor and have been having some issues with pain and inflammation in my wrists and arms. What methods are the best for helping besides tylenol every day. I use ice sometimes, and get regular adjustments from the Doc.

That sounds like Carpel Tunnel Syndrome. You can use wrists braces at night. surgery is for the more severe cases.

i have pain everyday in my knees and for me i have to cope with it or take codeine (strong painkiller), tho they don't work. Am only 17 so....i have a life time of it.....but i have had they pain since i was 10....once Ive stopped grown ill need new knees, that's if I'm not chicken which i am.....
I put ice on it sometimes and i get ibuprofen which causes any inflammation to go down.
Also i try deep heat its great stuff and smells great too.
