Ensure that the "Keep the Taskbar on top of other windows" option is selected.

i think ur task bar down u do one think just decres ur monitor setting like width and height oke move ur mouse pointer in taskbar side then u see some updown Arrow when u see just left click and move upward okee
than u see ur task bar
