Nature is incredible, when it comes to the "food chain", and almost every living creature has some "unique" predation
abilities. Snakes, for example, have a "heat sensor" in their tongue--which is why they constantly 'flick' it about (looking for prey)...most of the canine breed, (dogs,foxes,etc) have highly developed olefactory systems which can "smell" their search object long before they see it.....bats use 'sound waves' from which we developed sonar, etc.....the list could get quite lengthy,but these are some of the more "well known" predator devices.....
