can you help me find the movie called The Paper Boy?

i'm trying to fing the movie called the paper boy it came out around 1997. it's about a woman who moves back to her hometown and discovers that the 12 year old boy next door is a killer.

Ugh, that movie is awful...the guy above me said it isn't available on DVD or video, but they do play it on tv sometimes, I've caught it before. Maybe if one of your local tv channels has a weekend movie night or something, you could put in a request.
