I'm not married but I'm engaged to a wonderful marine and while I don't get bored I do go 6 months to a year without seeing him and weeks without talking to him with he's deployed and when he's not I only see him every other month if I'm lucky. Personally I would take a step back and look at whats happened to make you bored and if you can't reconcile your differences why are you still in the relationship. I don't think cheating is the answer. You either love him and need to make an effort to fix it or you don't and you should stop wasting both your time and just get a divorce. But look long and hard before you divorce him because you got bored there are alot of good things you can say about not starting over.

No just give it time to sort it out and see if there are any changes before you decide to do any thing to dramatic and destroy your marriage. Try not to cheat on your husband as you have more to loose if you do as they always find out if you cheat with some one else and you regret what you have done.

no, and boredom is not excuse for cheating. That is, in fact, one of the poorest excuses for cheating ever.

I think a better question is why is the relationship getting boring? What can you do to spice it up? Be creative!

wouldn't cheat for boredom - pob is in a long marriage you will find yourself attracted to another very strongly occassionally and u have to be very aware of your own motives and priorities in those cases. Once or twice i've had to make some big decisions.

Thirty six years and counting and have never been bored. We're each others biggest fans. No cheating here.

My husband doesn't give me any attention, and i don't ever think about cheating on him. I love him too much to hurt him, just because i'm hurting.

No

Anyway the man I cheat with (if I do cheat) will be sniggling and patting himself on his back saying what a lucky bastard he is. We can't have that can we.

I say don't. If you don't have kids, try being creative, try new games. Go try having sex in public places. Never go to someone else thats pretty much a cop out.
