Not sure when the show is coming back on but I read on CNN that it was. I've also heard that Groening is making direct to dvd movies on the show.

Yes, they are going to be making new episodes, but I heard that Comedy Central outbid the Cartoon Network and this is where they will be shown. As for the start date I have not heard anything.

i think comedy central ordered a 13 episode season for either next year or 08, plus, there are several direct to video movies in the works...
