Has anyone seen the movie "Disclosure" with Demi Moore and Michael Douglas?

In the movie, someone was sending Michael Douglas e-mails to help him out because Demi Moore, was trying to ruin his reputation because he wouldn't sleep with her. Was it the guy's mother, that got a huge promotion at the end, or was it her son?
