I would have to say Undertaker ... outside of being big, he is also the most agile of the group and is strong enough to take on any of these guys one on one (the whole Khali angle has lost steam and many fans are aware of that).
Andre, as strong as he was, never had the cardiovascular stamina to last very long in the ring. Khali and Giant Gonzalez are just mirror images of each other (can't move, cant wrestle big men that just look impressive in the ring if they stand still 0 sideshow attraction style). Big Show and Kane both can go the distance in a match and can have excellent outings based on their strength.
Undertaker has the best record regarding singles matches over most of the wrestlers he faced combined. He also employs a tactic that is almost forgotten by many of today's wrestlers ... ring psychology. He was the cerebral assassin before Triple H was given that nickname (use of his entrance, gimmicks, "mystical" appearances, etc.) He has the in-ring intelligence along with his physical capability to win this battle of the big men.
Undertaker takes the win.

Kane might be tall but he sure aint any good anymore so i would have to go with Taker because he always fights whats ahead of him,dont you agree.
