Heaviest: (Densest) Osmium, a soft metal with 22.3 grams per cubic centimetre.

Lightest(solid): Aerogel (otherwise known as 'solid smoke'), with about 0.003 grams per cubic centimetre.

The lightest STABLE gas is H2, but the lightest (least dense) gas is just monatomic Hydrogen. However, this instantly reacts to form H2. :)

Despite its name, Aerogel is actually mostly silicon and oxygen fibres.

That is for normal solids. The least and most dense things in total are
Black holes. (most dense)
Space. (Least dense)

There you go! Enjoy, mate! :)

Heaviest Things In The World

The heaviest thing would be the earth itself, but let's assume you're not talking about that. How about the heaviest building? That would be the Great Pyramid of Cholula, in Puebla, Mexico.

The lightest thing in the world would be dependent on how small you want to go. A hydrogen atom, for example, would weigh about 1.66053886 × 10-24 grams. Pretty light - and impossible to see. Fairy flies would be, likely, the smallest visible organism on the planet, weighing only 5x10-6 grams (with a 1/5 millimeter wingspan)

No doubt about the lightest: a neutrino.
If world = earth, then the biggest mass is earth itself.
If world = universe, then the biggest mass is universe itself.
