by their the way there act around u people who don't like u will disrespect you , bully u snub u wont listen to your views people who stare at u might just be trying to figure u out , or might even envy u for some reason , or if its a boy girl thing them fancy u , but if u are not sure then ask if this person as issues with and clear the air if possible.

Staring is a good start but that doesn't mean he likes you.
It may be something about you caught his attention. Nothing in your teeth eh??
Most people will make a point of going out of their way to see you again or be handy to meet you at the very least.

The way you find out is if they are staring at you and you kinda stare back and you have a special moment.

Are you asking like or love?
If a person truly likes you this person would want to be around you and spend time with you.
Generally, friends have things in common that they like to do together.

Talk to that person face-to-face and observe the body language. You'll be able to tell if the person makes a lot of eye contact, smiles and/or blushes, looks nervous and/or leans closer to you..
If they blow you off, they could just be playing games - but who has time for that?

yep. also if their mean to you at times. stare back and you can tell by someones eyes. if he looks scary its cause something bad is about to happen

there is really a way to tell unless they tell u. just cuz guy is mean to a girl or picks on her doesnt mean he likes her. cuz i do that will all the girls i talk to. so u should just ask him
