Could have been Night Gallery. Not sure, I may have seen it years ago because it sounds familiar.

Don't think it was Blossom. Wasn't that a comedy show? A woman who is haunted by her dead daughter doesn't sound funny to me.
the girl who was poisoned by her mom in The Sixth Sense said something like, "I'm feeling much better now" (after she was dead, of course).

It sounds like that movie where the kid sees Dead People with Bruce Willis, The daughter is the one who was being poisoned by her mother. But you could be talking about something else.
