1950s - I Can't Help Falling in Love - Elvis
1960s - Rolling Stone - Bob Dylan (there are a ton of favorites)
1970s - Stairway to Heaven - Led Zepplin (ton of faves)
1980s - I started listening to Mozart so I'll go with the Amadeus soundtrack
1990s - I sort of graduated to Beethoven - so Ode to Joy, 4th movement from the immortal 9th symphony
2000s - I finally began to understand Wagner and opera - so I would go with Nessun Dorma, aria from Puccini's Turandot, or Leontyne Price doing an aria from Tristan und Isolde
But I left out Don Maclean's American Pie ... and the Beatles and Rolling Stones. Just one song?
