Having an orgasm while having sex is a hard thing for women to learn. my suggestion would be to go to the sex store and get a bullet... put it on your clit while you are having sex... you will be sure to orgasmm... the only problem is that you are going to get so use to having that you'll have a hard time learning how to orgasm without it... it takes time and practice!!
As for masturbation you could use the bullet as well...
by the way a bullet looks like a little bullet and has different vibrations and speeds you can control! They're fun... at least it will help you learn how to have an orgasm during sex then you can try on your own without it!!

I think help with spelling might be your first concern? But, you bravely asked some difficult questions. So here goes:If you have to ask how to masturbate then you're probably too young to be having sex in the first place. Anatomy book is one place to start-that and it's your body!! You've got hands, start exploring. Better you than anyone else!!! Best of luck and don't rush these things-you've got plenty of time for all things sexual. Let nature and time run it's course and sex will be that much better....

dont feel bad if you dont know how to orgasm, not all women can. The sex can be great and you dont have to orgasm and you probably wont have one every time you have sex. You will know when you finally do have your fist orgasm, it will be a time to remember. masterbation is a different story though, any girl can masturbate. It can be anything from actually stimulating inside you vagina with some toy or just you finger, or it could be simply rubbing yourself. What ever feels good, just go with it.
