You will have to download a video converter that converts music videos to mp4 format, which is the correct format for video ipods. Go to www.videora.com and download a free video converter called Videora. Use this program to convert this program and open up your CONVERTED video in iTunes and update your ipod. its prob bcoz ur videos are not in the right format - they arent compatible with the ipod. the ipod is only compatible with m4a, mov, and mp4 files, so u have to convert ur vid files to them for them to work properly. i use videora to convert mi vids to mp4 format.
