if you mean "can you have a c section after 36 weeks" - yes you can i had my daughter right at 36 weeks. but if you can have the baby natural then i recommend having it that way, Cesarean is a hard recovery and i wouldn't recommend having it unless necessary. best of luck to you and congratulations.

You can go under a Caesarean at any time during your pregnancy but it has to be the doctors choice if the baby is in danger or the baby is having alot of stress problems or you are to tiny to have a natural birth.

Yes my son was born under caesarian section at 37 week as I had a placenta praeva and hemorraged in hospital. I was rushed into the operating theatre and he was delivered safely but his eyeslids were still closed and his eyes came forward after he was born. Very tiny....3lb 10oz and was in an incubator for a month. He is strong and healthy now but still suffers from bad luck!!!!

Yes, you can have a Cesarean at any time during pregnancy. It is best to try to have natural birth. C-Sections are best done only in the case that a natural birth is not possible or there is an emergency.

No, not unless your baby is in distress. Your doctor will not deliver a baby that early unless there is a problem. You only have a few more weeks left. The last few weeks is when the baby learns the "Suck, swallow, breath" technique that they use when they bottle or breastfeed.

I'm guessing you're considering Caesarean, the surgery to deliver a baby. Your doctor is the only one who can answer your question... He needs to be sure the baby is ready to come into the world!

Only your doctor can make this decision if the need arises.
