We need more information to help you.
How old is he?
Is he breastfed or bottlefed?
How much does he eat if bottlefed? How often?
If he is nursing, how often does he eat? How long does he nurse?
How many wet and dirty diapers does he have per day?

I have four. It's normal for them to not have an appetite for the first few days after birth. After that, they should eat regularly, without concern. If he's not eating, talk to his pediatrician.
