what a drama king. or queen. are you trying to make some tabloid of a dirty magazine and are bringing in all the fascinating details that you are white and she is black? And then bringing up that "forcing" element; be a man, after all. ARE you a man. well, maybe you're a girl; you certainly sound like one.

Race isn't an issue..........no intellegent business will be stupid enough to bring that up...that has to deal with state and federal laws that they could then be sued on.
Tell the police, file charges against her. Also notify the Human Resources department at your work of the situation and the actions that you are taking. You should document this as best as possible. It is hard to not think with your emotions when you have been raped.........but try to be logical about things. You may also want to seek rape survivors counseling.

Use your common sense. You know that what she is dong is wrong. Now ask yourself this. Do i want this job more then my dignity? Superior or not there are channels that you can go to for help, or to report her. Maybe you are afraid of lousing your job or what she may do to you. If you show weakness now, you will be week all Thu life. By the way if someone if forcing you to have sex color should not matter theirs or yours.

Would you react differently if she was white??? Seems to me that you would not react at all if she were white. I don't understand that one. White or black, it doesn't matter....there is an infraction called sexual harrassment that she commited and she should be dealt with accordingly.
And, another thing, if you could please....explain how any woman, white or black, can "force" you to sleep with her? I've never understood a man saying that.

i think you are a complete idiot. firstly you are a racist. secondly a man cannot be "forced" to have sex. if you really don't want to have sex you will not get an erection so there will not be sexual intercourse

Force a man to have sex? Free sex. Did you tell your spouse? If you can't tell her then it's not an issue. If you can then you have harassment on your hands. there had to be signs b4 it happened. should have nipped it then.
