please help me which wireless router is sutiable to long range wireless networking i want nearly 500 mts to 1000 mts. plese give prodictdetail and range detail.

Have you did a wireless site survey? That should tell you what the noise floor is like in dB's and what you are up against.

There are several different classes of wireless routers available. What you really need to do know is that the antenna is just as important of a choice. Not only for distance, but for security and optimization of your wireless signal.

I use a 7 element yaggi directional with a vivato ap out to 400 Meters, or a 1/4 mile by American standards. I get a clean 5.5MB signal with nothing measurable in db loss. There was one cisco ap that was broadcasting in the same freq, so I just changed channels and it that was that.

You can also mesh these aps. I like Firetide better for mesh solutions.

Cisco Aeronet 1130 AG Series Access point.

In our permises, we are using this, itz bandwith is always very nice. and then it will works under Power On the Ethernet.
