The whole movie I just sat there and kept feeling bad for people. everyone just kept getting used. I would feel so bad for john, then so bad for the girls, then extreamly bad for brit snows characters, and for Tuckers Brother.

I donno the whole thing just felt off to me,,,

anyone else know what i mean did u like the ending?

Who do u think got hurt the most?

Anyone reflect on things they have done or exprenced in the past that made them feel bad? cause i felt awful after the movie. (even though it was very funny at many parts)

i personally think that kate (brittany snow) got hurt the most, but yet also gained the most at the end. The other girls were using her for an "experiment" and she went along with it and got completely humiliated at the end. But she also gained alot of things, such as friends, a tempororily good reputation, and well "being known"

well i don't usually get philosophical about comedies......(weak comedies for that matter), but there are many movies that make me think..or examine my self or my life, or society as a whole. some are very deep, sad or disturbing, others are informative and touching.
the Butterfly Effect for example...that whole idea about being able to change events in your life...but then always wondering if it was changed for the better or worse.
the movie Seven...was a bit disturbing..but it made you think, it made you look at people differently because you never know WHO is the serial killer or the "boogie man character".
the movie The Sixth Sense...made you think...on a deep level. human consciousness etc.
the movie Quills *not many ppl have seen it* makes you think about human sexuality and the temptations within us.

i get what your saying. although...that isn't a movie i would consider "deep". but hey if it made you feel something...great....that is called EMPATHY by the way. being able to FEEL what a person is experiencing without experiencing it yourself.
