The use a plane nicknamed the "Vomit Comet".....as has been previously stated. They fly the plane in a ballistic trajectory so as to counter the force of gravity on the occupants within the plane. The plane, for all intents and purposes, goes into a short, temporary, "ultralow" orbit of the planet:):):). They follow the curvature of the planet for a few minutes. This mimics what happens to conventional spacecraft and they then do their business. They can only hold it for a short while as it's too stressful on the aircraft.

Training for weightlessness is done in two ways -- being aboard a jet transport that flies a parabola, and by being underwater in a large swimming pool.

they are trained in water i mean in a pool. water is heavier than their body so make them feel wighttless.
and there is only one known way of overcoming the gravity force, and that is lowering the temperature to zero Kelvin (absolute zero) any substance in this temperature is weightless and does not follow the law of gravity. but it is impossible that any one can be survived in this temperature!

the principle is to be falling with the same acceleration as is the acceleration due to gravity i.e. 9.8m/s. if your plane falls with this acceleration then a weightless condition wud be observed.

they go up in a large plane and then it will drop rapidly for short time periods this gives them brief sensations of weightless (lasting a few minutes at a time)
