Well it seems that a few years ago my brother was married to a Korean woman. We took her shopping at the Korean food store one day.On the way home she opened a bag of what looked like potato sticks(the potato snack of deep fried thin potato sticks hence the name). I asked her if I might have a few and she handed the bag back to me. I looked at the bag ,however since it was written in Korean ,which I do not speak nor read, I had no idea what it was. It looked good so I put some in my mouth. Well let me tell you that was the last time I ever put something in my mouth without knowing what it is.It turns out what I thought was potato sticks was actually dried octopus and I have never tasted anything so nasty in my entire life before or after. Which leads me to my answer to your question, octopus.

Octopus tentacle - whole thing, cooked over coals, no marinade, 7 inches with suction cups attached sittin' on the plate. Oh, what a mistake.

liver and raw oysters. YUCK!. Liver tastes horrible no matter how it's prepared and raw oysters? Man imagine a salty, slimy glob going down your throat. Once was enough for me! :(

Boiled okra. I'd rather eat something slimy out of an ashtray!

Whale blubber. But, it was a cultural experience...curiosity drove me to try it. I tried. It was PURELY NASTY!
