people in our 30's do you think that we are suppose to work smater and not harder, when it come to there jobs,marriage, or what ever we do in life, I think smarter and a little harder..everyone answer............

It was has been really hard for me...so I say smarter and harder because you need to out smart everything that is making life harder for you

well depends on ones job...If in our 30's and have held the same job for years then we should not be working as hard as we did when we started that job..then if in 30's and just doing nothing then we will alays work hard i everything we do
