It depends.....Def Leppard just released an album that debuted in the Billboard Top 20.
I wouldn't be surprised if Def Leppard did it, with all the attention they've been getting lately.

I would say Aerosmith (although they've been around since the 70s). They have had 12 Top 20 hits from 1975-2001 and 21 Top 40. All they need is a good movie soundtrack like Armegeddon (#1).
