You should see a doctor. They have medications for paranoia.

If you're stressing over a certain situation, try coming up with little things you can do to change the situation in a positive way. Lately I've been stressing about moving out, to the point where I feel like I'm going to have a panic attack. But with my parents' help, I've made a list of things that I need to do and the order to do them in to move. It's helped a lot. Whenever I feel stressed about it, I go to the list I've made and do one thing on it. I'm about half way done with everything now, and SO much less stressed. I actually feel like I can take a deep breath now. So if you're stressing over something specific like that, get someone close to you to help you make a list of things to do. Or you can try making a list of relaxing things to do to get your mind off of whatever it is.. Take a long bath, go swimming, get a manicure/pedicure, go for a long walk, go to a pet store and play with puppies. However, if you aren't feeling any better in a week, I would STRONGLY recommend going to a therapist of some sort. (Friends can be pretty good therapists too, and free!) But I really hope you beat this and feel better soon! I wish you the best in life!

The mere fact that you need to get rid of your paranoia is the first step to your freedom from it. There is one article about mind-shifting. It says that every time you think of a negative thing, intentionally divert your mind to a positive thing like a beautiful scenery or a very joyful event that you experienced or whatever thing that you may think of that is positive in nature. The negative thoughts may come back time and time again but do this mind-shifting technique as often as the number of times that you think negatively. Continue doing this technique until such time that it becomes very easy for you to do it.

Besides, you may also condition yourself in believing that when you harbor negative feelings or thoughts, you will never be at peace. Your health and happy disposition will certainly be affected by stress. Always trust in God who is always with you. Don't be afraid for He is always watching over you and He knows your heart's desires. Live your life with faith in Him all the time. With that, you will have peace in your heart and mind.

Well what made U feel paranoid? There must be something tt trigger this fear. Dont give yourself too much pressure and learn to relax yourself.
Try not to think on the negative things. Always look on the brighter side of life. If you have problems, confide to your friends or family members.
By doing so, you can learn to relax a bit more. Hope to see a more cheerful "Baby" in future.

Church would be a good place for you. But you need a good therapist as well . Your insurance company should have a list.. Or you could find a free clinic. But don't go on suffering get your life back it is too good to not live every minute to the fullest.

Start to relax and think positive things, they generally walk hand in hand and wouldn't mind you in the middle of them. Stay away from pot and coke if those are the causes. Try these first before you consider medication because they mostly cure symptoms and not causes. And I think you summed up the causes of your paranoia quite proficiently.

If you truly want to stop then ask yourself questions like why do you think this or how can that happen sometimes it might not help but other times it will. turn what you are paranoid about and make yourself realize that what you are paranoid about isn't happening and that none of it is coming true.

So people might watch you, maybe out of concern. What do you care what other people think? (That is the name of a book by a good scientist. It was something his wife said to him).
