my case front panel switch doesnt match my motherboard connector; is it ok if i just connect the power switch and leave the reset switch and LEDs disconnected?

It is good to connect all of them. or find a case that matches your motherboard. because sometimes we need of Reset button. and the LEDs is also important especially of HDD LED we can know that when is our HDD working or not.

So try to connect all of them. If you don't so Why are they made?

you do not need the LED wires, just the power and reset though you can get by without the reset.

It shouldn't matter, but some motherboards might give you an error message when you boot up.

You don't have to connect them. They just blink when the HDD is active no biggie.

the wires should match you must be doing something wrong
