Has anyone heard of Horst Kasler?

Someone in my family was a very famous Handballer in Germany in the 50s and 60s. His name was Horst Kasler. Has anyone heard of him or maybe have some memorabilia?

I've seen his name listed: I think he played both 11-a-side and 7-a-side handball. In his time East&West Germany fielded joint national teams.Other than that, sorry, I can't help. I haven't even seen a photo of him. But you may try with the German Handball Federation:
