We can still maintain our sovereignty as a nation and still be apart of the U.N. Although I will admit to you that often times we find and will continue to find scenarios where our values as a nation will differ with the views of the U.N. so it can be potentially tricky, but still do-able.

What America being an independent sovereign nation? There is way too much politics for that, but eventually nations will have to go backwards again in order to move forward.

The UN has no credibility here. They can hang out if they want to, at least until we need the office space in New York.

The UN sucks.
They are the cause of so many ongoing problems.
And they teach people around the world to hate Jews.
Really nice, losers.

The UN has nothing to do with the economy, except drain it, they don't seem to be able to do anything useful, but get in the way.

Kick them out yesterday. That is a worthless organization. they are corrupt and provide no benifit to the world. What were they observing in Lebanon for twenty years? they were watching hezbollah bringing missiles into Lebanon. Did they report that info to the UN? If so, then there is the proof of how corrupt and worthless they are. if it was reported, and nobody did anything to stop it...........................................

I agree. The UN is useless. We (the US) need to abolish that organization by pulling out and stop funding.

the united nations would not allow us to do so. our telling them so would be a sort of f*** you to the world. for us to do so we would have to withdraw from the world. our economy and the economy of the rest of the world would disintergrate and we would be thrown into the dark ages. again.
