It could, but if you have the right man he will not thrust hard enough to hurt you or damage anything. However, sex that is too rough can have serious damage on a girl, including not being able to have kids...sex that rough would usually be rape.

Yes it can tear so badly you will need surgery to repair it. If a young virgin girl has sex with a man with a large diameter penis it could easily tear. Before considering such sex the girl should practice stretching exercises with gradually larger objects. Just make sure they are clean and have no sharp edges. Various vegetables are fine. I wouldn't recommend it but I have even heard of women using bed posts, baseball bats and cheerleading trophies. These last sound a little sick to me but hey..it's their lives.

Not likely, unless the sex is too rough. You need to remember that a vagina is made to expand to allow a 10 pound baby come through.

You should wait to have sex again until you don't hurt or bleed anymore. That may be a day or a week...maybe a little longer. Take it slow next time. Make sure you're really good and lubed up. If it hurts, tell him to stop. Nothing bad will happen if you have to stop. Worst case, he gets blue balls...and that can be prevented by him (or you) relieving his "tension" manually.

I don't know if rip is the right description, but it can definelt tear it . And It can hurt really bad... If the guy is really big... make sure you are super wet or else it will tear even more.
