Geez, this was suppose to be fun not stressful. The idea is to work for the 10 points. Most people give no hints but I gave 2 so ok I'll give another:
She's current, present-day, under the age of 40 and she is NONE of the ones that have been listed so far. "Think broadly means not necessarily in the U.S. Not the typical person you would name like Julia Roberts, Meg Ryan, etc.etc. Not everyone has heard of her but she recently did a film in the U.S. for the 1st time. That is the last hint I am giving and yes I am being fair and giving hints. That's what this is all about - the fun of figuring it out. Tight-As-s need not answer.

I would guess Gracie Allen, great comedic actress. Or maybe Judy Greer, or I don't know there is just way too many to choose from with barely any kind of hint to go on. What does "think broadly" mean anyway?
