It depends on how old you are. Here's a list of what you should watch at about what age.
8-14: Disney Channel, Nickelodeon, ABC Family. Some of the best shows on there is Hannah Montana, The Suite Life, That's So Raven
15-21: MTV, MTV2, VH1. Some shows on there are Punk'd, Room raiders, Next, Pimp my ride
22-35: E!, VH1, CMT, Fox, Court TV. Some shows are E! News, the daily 10, that 70's show, forensic files, hollywood heat.
I can't really think of anything else for people above 35. I think you should just watch what you want to watch as long as you like it and it applies to your age range.
