he got it a while ago , but since its still kinda there because he isnt circumsiced, would it be safe to?

If your spouse had athletes foot would u suck on his toe? If you had a yeast infection would he suckle upon you? I WOULD HOPE NOT! It is bacteria. A living breathing organism that needs to be killed and controlled. Send him to the Dr. if you really love him. In the mean time, Make sure he is using a good antibacterial soap and is rinsing really really good, and drying himself even better. Most bacterias don't heal without good hygiene. This includes hand washing. GOOD LUCK

No. That is unless you want to risk that "minor bacterial infection" getting into your mouth, throat, lungs, stomach, intestines...

I'd say probably yes, but I wouldn't have you do it.
it might give you an infection of the mouth... yuck!
so I'd get him cleaned up first.
