It usually works if you hop on the foot that's on the same side as the ear that has the water in it. You might have to do this for quite a bit before it will work, but it always worked for me. Also, try Auro-Dry Ear Drops. (I think that's what they're called.) You can use them before swimming or showering if water in the ears is a problem for you.

Really easy fix: grab some rubbing alcohol...lay on your side, have someone put a small amount in your ear, let it stay in about 15 seconds, then stand up and allow it to drip out.

Trust me the ear will be clear of all water! Simple remedy!

The pediatricians that I work for recommend mixing rubbing alcohol and peroxide 1:1 and instilling a few drops into the affected ear.

Tilt your head, to the side, with your ear, with the water in it, facing down.
Now, hop up and down, on one leg, for as long as you can.
You will feel the water start to run out of your ear.

Also, try sleeping tonight, with your ear, with the water in it, facing the pillow. If you have a heating pad, try resting your ear on it.

I hope this solves your problem.

mix hydrogen peroxide 50 50 with water and use a eye dropper and put it in your ear, it'll break up the wax buildup in your ear which is blocking the water from coming out.

Stick a corner of a towel in it, or just wait for it to dry; it won't harm your ear unless it's acid water or something.
