Gay Marriage:
Legal.
It's about equality and a government sanctioned legal contract. Churches can choose to bless the union or not.
Drugs:
Pot, legal, silly that it's not.
The rest legal under new regulated I-am-a-junky program. Too much disease spreads to non-drug users now. This solution would also be cheaper than prison sentences, deter related crime, and come with a social stigma.
Prostitution:
Legal
Registration and weekly medical exams required. Some police protection and prosecution of the abusive sicko's. Hey, it's the oldest profession and it's not going away. Might as well make it safe.
Abortion:
Legal
My body is my body. Don't tell me how to use it. After every single kid without a family is in a safe, caring home that is sufficiently supported with services to undue the trauma for those that were abused and/or abondoned, we can talk about changing the law. Not until then.

I think you aren't asking if they are currently legal, but rather if we think they should be legalized. Is that right? I hope so, because that's how I am answering.
1. Yes. If the idea of marriage as a religious institution for gay people is too offensive for some people to stomach, then they need to make civil unions possible which give gay couples the very same legal rights that straight people get when they get married. It's fair, and having a legalized relationship strengthens families and bonds between people, I think, rather than weakening them. In the long run, that benefits society.
2. Marijuana yes, other drugs no, but all should be dercriminalized. A lot of crime in the US and I would imagine in other countries comes from the illegal drug trade. If pot were legal, it could be regulated and taxed. Decriminalizing things like possession also helps keep people just looking for a fix from spending ridiculous amounts of time in jail. We need to realize that drug addiction is a type of illness, and if we approach it that way, it's easier for people to get help. Look at what happened during Prohibition in the US; liquor was still available to those who wanted it, but crime shot up and gangsters got rich.
3. Yes. Prostitution is going to be around no matter what. If it is legal, it can be controlled. Also, prostitutes are frequently the targets of crimes, everything from rape to murder. Legalizing it makes it safer for the prostitute and for the customer. Also, legalized prostitution cuts down on sexually transmitted diseases, because sex workers have to be tested regularly, and have to use safe sex practices. This would also make it easier for police to spend their resources going after illegal prostitution, like sex slaves who are brought into the US, or minors forced into prostitution.
4. Still is in most places, and most definitely should stay legal. Women are going to have abortions no matter what--no amount of legislation is going to change that fact. Keeping it legal means that it can be done safely, and also keeps the law from interfering with what goes on in a woman's womb. Nations that have very open laws about abortion also tend to offer better birth control services in general, which helps keep unwanted pregnancies from happening in the first place. Places like England, where the "morning after" pill is available over the counter thought they would have a sharp increase in the number of people taking it, and that has not been the case.
Okay, those are my opinions. I hope that's what you were asking about.

1. If they pay their taxes, live together, love each other, are faithful to each other, why should it be any different? In studys, they have found many gay couples more faithful and productive in their relationships than a society that worships the right of divorce.
2. Most of the legal drugs should be illegal. We are medicating ourselves so much with prescriptions, what's the difference?
3. I believe that pornographic films, websites, and magazines are another form of prostitution ... selling sex is selling sex. So many double standards, who can say?
4. I just have one comment without stating my position: if all the people who protest abortion passionately would adopt the millions of children who need homes, and I don't just mean infants, I would believe more in their faith and stand to save the unborn child; until that happens, I don't like to witness hypocrisy in belief systems.

1. Legal -- any two consenting adults should be able to marry and have the same legal protections no matter their gender(s) (like tax breaks and health insurance coverage and power of attorney)
2. Legal -- Once the gov't has control of the market, they tax the crap out of them (kinda like cigarettes) and use that $ to pay for burying the crackheads after they OD
3. Legal -- Gov't control of the industry could improve working conditions, protect these men and women from abuse, give them healthcare and health education, regulate their working conditions like the porn industry does (required blood tests at specific intervals, etc) and -- we can tax their income! Plus sales tax . . . maybe the gov't would have $ to work on domestic problems like crime, poverty, and worthless parents
4. Legal -- Stop confusing pro-choice with pro-abortion. Most pro-choicers wouldn't get an abortion themselves, but they support that a woman should be able to make choices about her own medical needs. I think that in addition we need to make a law where, if you have more than one abortion the govt can either commit you to an institution or you can choose to have your plumbing yanked . . . if you have to have a second abortion, we don't want you contributing to our gene pool anyway (this of course doesn't apply to medically necessary abortions to save the mother's life)
