The Saudi leaders have been bad little boys, what with funding terrorist and so forth. And, Santa's been watching, making a list, and thinking about turning the entire Middle East into glass. Rain would cause spatter patterns on the surface of the glass. So, no rain.

the geographical condition of saudi arabia is very hot and humid type climatic condition.moreover we know that trees are need for rain saudi has little vegetation
