Laughter or a pleasing feeling will cause endorphins to be released into your brain making you feel "happy" or "good". But, if you've been laughing or taking shorts breaths quickly aka hyperventilating, you're not getting enough oxygen into your system. This causes lightheaded-ness and even headaches. So, laugh at the funny joke or whatever, but don't laugh too much.

Sounds like it may be effecting your blood pressure in a serious way.

If you need aspirin after laughing, this is not good. How is your heart function?

Better check it out with a physician you can trust.

Good luck

Likely you are laughing so hard you aren't breathing enough.
