Only one of my nipples is hairy. Is this a problem? What should I do?

Shave the hairy one, and then they'll match. Or try Rogaine on the hairless one so it will catch up. I don't see a problem unless you're really into symmetry.

Shave it and make them even. Your husband or lover probably won't mind. He might it better if you are symmetrical in the body hair department.

No its not a problem.. just keep it shaved
