13 and not dating yet is fine. I didn't start till 15.
You should never do anything you don't want to. Have some pride, stand up for yourself.

dude i hope u like girls! but anyway, do what u want, u dont have to date yet, ur only 13! ur still a kid, take it easy and dont rush in to dating!
