Hon - you have two or three weeks left to go!! Your baby will be born when he or she is ready. Do NOT try and force labor early. Its like taking a cake out of the oven too early. Think of your baby like that - the closer to full term the baby is, the healthier your baby will be! I know you're tired of being pregnant, but hang in there - its for the good of your baby and you want him or her to be as healthy as possible, right?

Do NOT do anything to have this baby early! You could endanger yours and the baby's life.
I know you are in a hurry, but let nature take its course. You've only got about 3 weeks left, you can do this.
Just imagine how you would feel if you did something to have the baby early that ended up hurting it. Also, keep in mind that right up through the end of the pregnancy is a critical time for lung and liver development.
Babies born even 2 to 3 weeks prematurely are more succeptible to Yellow Jaundice from underdeveloped livers, and asthma and other breathing problems from underdeveloped lungs.
Hang on...you'll be with your baby soon enough, and then when you're up feeding every hour, you'll be wishing you were still pregnant!

Wait a couple more weeks to be safe and talk to your doctor about scheduling an induction. He will do it when the time is best.
I had to have my baby at 37 weeks due to low fetal heartrate and my baby only weighed 4 lbs 10oz which is almost as bad as a premie. She also developed jaundice and had trouble breastfeeding. You can avoid many problems by 2 weeks of patience. It is worth it.

Do what got you pregnant.
The hormones in ejaculate will soften the cervix and induce labor *naturally*. This worked with both my pregnancies. Whatever you do, don't let anyone break your water and make sure if your water hasn't broken by the time you get to the hospital that you let them know you want it to break naturally because it's a *lot* less painful that way - TRUST ME!

LOL, I've been there before! My doctor told me to try 3 things...
1. Walking
2. SEX
3. Have your nipples stimulated
Yea, the last one sounds funny, but I found out that it helps to produce the chemical that starts contractions.
You only have a short time let hun! Trust me when I say, you will miss it!

You're baby will come when he/she is ready but if you REALLY want to try to help things along, you could try walking every day.
Also, they say having sex will bring on labor but that doesn't work for everyone. You could have fun trying though! ;)

If you have your baby too early it can be dangerous. The last few weeks of gestation is when the baby learns the "Suck, swallow, breath" technique that is crucial for being able to breast or bottle feed.

I know it's hard to wait, but you're almost there! Just try to be patient. Your baby needs this time to finish growing & developing.
