That depends on how your brother signed up to receive mail. When he moved into his house, if he told the postman to deliver all packages, then if you send it without requiring a signature, it will end up on his doorstep (unless someone steals it). But if your package requires that your brother sign for it, or if he told them to hold all his packages at the post office, then he will need to go pick it up if he is not home when they come to deliver his mail.

If the postman has a complete address, he can deliver to your brother. You might want to insure it. If you want to be safer, just have your brother pick it up at the post office.

Send it 2 tha post office. Get a P.O.Box that way u know he's gotten it. If not then send it certified mail, that way he'll have 2 sign 4 it.

If you use UPS they will deliver directly to him. His detail address should be his name, street address (or may require his po box) city, state, and zip.
