As she cheated on him and even passed off their daughter as his kid but he found out from someone else that she slept around on him and confessed to friends that it's not his kid and the real father knows. He is pretty torn as he does love her and wants to know if he did the right thing leaving her. The other thing is this-he keeps asking me if I think she's pretty or can he do better. He send me her picture and I about fell off my chair as I have never seen such an ugly woman in all my life. Should I tell him the truth or should I lie and say she's pretty ? He keeps asking me for my honest opinion *by email* so I have to answer soon.

I forgot to add-he only married her as he was drunk that one time he slept with her after picking her up at a bar in South Carolina, and then he finds out now that it's not even his kid but he's attached to the child now and he is resentful that she did this but still he loves her as he grew to love her when he thought she was carrying his baby.

be tactful, you never no whats going to happen and if it gets out you called her butt ugly it would not bode well. I wont even begin to comment on her charactershe needs a *** whoopin like you wouldn't believe but know the "thinks he's a daddy and thinks she's the daughter" are emotionally invested in each other and you can't just turn that off. The best thing to happen would be if this women jumped on a bus to parts unknown and let them get on with their life.

I would tell him that anyone who has treated him this way is a ugly person to you. Taste on external appearance is a very subjective and individual thing, but some people are truly ugly in the inside. If he is a good person there is certainly a better/ kinder/ more respectful person out there for him.

The only reason I can think of why you might want to lie and say his wife is pretty is if you really want them to get back together. However, you shouldn't say she's ugly; you should just say he can do better. BTW, do you know what HE looks like? Maybe he's just as ugly as she is.

Tell him the turth he will be glad that u gave him ur opionion just tell him what u think tell him u are telling him as a friend and that he wants u to tell him the truth so you don't want to lie to him that he is too good of a friend to lie too hope that this help good luck

It doesn't matter whether she's pretty or not. Also, it's up to him to decide whether or not he did the right thing. I'm not sure it's all that easy to "love" someone who is deceitful. He should let her go and move on to better prospects. She's not the only pebble on the beach.

well i think if she is not pretty then tell him but if he is in that state of mind to where he can not take the truth then just tell him a little lie but if you don't feel right to lie just tell him what you think he did ask honest opinion.

Sure, share with him your opinion of why she is ugly because if she is cheating successfully then there are a lot of men who do not agree with your opinion. It sounds to me like he is looking for a sympathy relationship with you. Not a good place for you because your off balance to begin with.

He obviously sees something in her, tell him "well she's not a beauty queen , but nice looking".Actually I'd tell him that you don't think it's fair of him to put you in that position, you are a woman after all, and you can't tell those things.

tell him what you think honestly. If you think she's ugly, tell him that. He wants to know your honest opinion, so give him one.
